What is the difference between Exec Style Living and a hotel and corporate housing?

We offer quality homes in residential settings.  We have custom, modern furnishings, spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens, and luxury linens and towels.  Most corporate housing are apartments and condominiums.  No circling the parking lot with us.  You have a garage and a manicured backyard to relax and enjoy an evening refreshment.

Where are Exec Style Living homes located?

Our homes are located in the Counties of Santa Clara.

Do you offer unfurnished homes?

No.  All Exec Style Living homes are fully furnished.

Is there a laundry facility?

Exec Style Living provides a full-size washer and dryer in every home.

Are your homes non-smoking?

Smoking is prohibited in all of our homes.  Smoking is only allowed in the front yards or back patios.  Where swimming pools are available, smoking is not allowed near the swimming area.

Are pets welcome?

Pets are allowed in some of our homes.  Most homes have a limit on the number of pets, a pet weight limit and breed restriction, and require an additional pet deposit and/or pet fee.  In the unfortunate circumstances where your pet will not be allowed, our team can assist you in finding alternative boarding.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

The minimum length of stay is 3 nights.

What are your rates?

Rates vary according to the location, floorplan, size, length of lease and service provided.

Is there any additional charge?

State and local taxes, end-of-stay house cleaning fees, and any client-requested upgrades or special services

How do I pay?

We use Paypal.

How do I make a reservation?

Just give us a call.  We will make sure the home you select meets your needs.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

You can check-in anytime after 4 pm; check-out is 11 am.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit to hold your home.  In cases with contracts with certain corporations we may not require a deposit.  In all cases, a major credit card will be held on file for any incidentals or damages, and also may be used to charge the deposit.
